Terms and Conditions:
Membership Validity:
- Each Spa Pass membership is valid for a period of either 6/8/12 months from the date of purchase depending on the type of pass.
Sessions Allocation:
- Sessions are allocated based on the tier of membership purchased: Silver (7 sessions), Gold (12 sessions), Platinum (16 sessions).
- Sessions can be used for any spa services within the membership tier.
- Unused sessions will not be carried over upon renewal or expiry of the membership.
Service Redemption:
- Sessions are redeemable only for ala-carte services up to 60 minutes (Silver) or up to 90 minutes (Gold & Platinum) per session.
- Sessions cannot be used for package deals, promotional offers, or combined with other discounts.
Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- Members must book services in advance and are subject to availability.
- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid credit deduction.
Sharable Access (Applicable for Gold and Platinum Memberships):
- Passes with “Shareable Access” allow members to share their credit with family or friends.
- Family members or friends would need to provide member’s Name and mobile number to redeem.
- We will send a confirmation message to the registered member’s mobile number for verification.
Membership Transfer:
- Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
Membership Cancellation and Refund:
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Memberships cannot be cancelled before the expiry date.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- The spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Members will be notified of any significant changes.
Compliance with Spa Policies:
Members must adhere to all spa policies and conduct themselves appropriately at all times.
Liability:
The spa is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by members or guests.
