Summary
– Valid only for à la carte treatments priced at RM237 or below
– All sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase
– Non-refundable and non-transferable
– Advance booking required; subject to availability
– Not valid with other offers or packages / journeys

Membership Validity: 

- Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase

Sessions Allocation:

- 3 Sessions of RM237 below (each)

- Unused sessions will not be carried over upon renewal or expiry of the membership.

Service Redemption:

-Sessions are redeemable only for ala-carte services up to 60 minutes

-Sessions cannot be used for package deals, promotional offers, or combined with other discounts.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

- Members must book services in advance and are subject to availability.

- A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid credit deduction.

Membership Transfer:

-Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member. 

-Membership Cancellation and Refund:

-Membership fees are non-refundable.

-Memberships cannot be cancelled before the expiry date.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

-The spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

-Members will be notified of any significant changes.

Compliance with Spa Policies:

Members must adhere to all spa policies and conduct themselves appropriately at all times.
