• All sessions must be utilised within 1 month from the date of purchase
• Non-refundable and non-transferable
• Advance booking required; subject to availability

Membership Validity: 
• Valid for 1 month from the date of purchase

Sessions Allocation:
• Services are fixed and cannot be exchanged for other treatments
• Unused sessions will not be extended or carried forward upon expiry

Booking and Cancellation Policy:
• Advance booking is required and subject to availability
• A minimum 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid session deduction

Transfer and Refund Policy:
• Pass is strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member. 

Membership Cancellation and Refund:
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Memberships cannot be cancelled before the expiry date.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
• The spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Members will be notified of any significant changes.

Compliance with Spa Policies:
• Members must adhere to all spa policies and conduct themselves appropriately at all times.
